Terms and Conditions

To make shopping at Altena Couture as pleasant as possible,
you will find below information  on shipping, delivery and return conditions.

All prices are in euros including VAT and excluding shipping costs.

Shipping:

We ship via TNT or DHL (parcels).

Within the Netherlands, the shipping fees are:

€ 6.75 for parcels up to 10 kg (TNT) and € 5,95 for parcels up to 10kg (DHL).

To other European countries, the shipping costs are:

€ 11,55 for parcels up to 2 kg.

To other countries outside of Europe the shipping costs are:

€ 17,76 for parcels up to 2 kg.

Small packages and envelopes can be sent within 5 working days after payment comfirmation.
we are however not liable to delayed,lost or damaged items shipped by DHL/TNT.

If you want to receive the garement immediately, you can always contact us to see if it is available.
When a dress is no longer in stock, you will get your money back or a voucher. 

We only ship goods to you at own risk. Altena Couture is not liable for lost or damaged packages by TNT post or DHL.
(a parcel is tracable by a code) Upon request, the order can be sent insured or by recorded delivery. 
The costs are for your own account.

Price for registered mail: € 7,00 -.

Price to ensure a package: € 3.00 --

Payment:

Payment can be in the following ways:

-  Bank transfers(Local and International) to Altena kledingatelier in Maastricht,Netherlands:

-  Bank account:156231158.IBAN number:NL92RABO0156231158.Rabobank.

-  Cash on delivery

-  Multisafepay with: Ideal, Visa, MasterCard or Mister Cash.

Processed orders are reserved for maximum 7days pending payment comfirmation.
If the payment is not received within this time, the reservation expires and the article goes back on sale.

Exchange & Returns:

Your style & satisfaction is important to us,so we offer a 7days moneyback guaranttee service .
You can choose a different model or you get a voucher. All vouchers are valid for one years. 
The voucher is worth the purchase price minus shipping costs. You can also use this voucher in our shop in Maastricht.

 Exchanges and returns policy and terms:

• There can only be exchanged once.
• Article must be returned to original condition, not worn.
• Article must have all original tags and price tags.
• Article must be returned within 5 working days after you received it. 
• Items which where for sale can not be exchanged.
• The article is roughly checked before shipping.
